Compatibility

Triple Button Switch

A 3 button switch for controlling the cruise functions is included. Fully watertight and durable. Mounts directly to standard 22mm handlebars with a fully opening bracket. This option provides 3 buttons:

  • Resume / Increase
  • Cancel
  • SET/ Decrease

Heated Grips, LED lights, and other upgrade compatibility

This kit is not compatible with motion/deceleration based brake flashers.

This kit is compatible with brake flashers triggered by the pedal/lever.

This kit is compatible with aftermarket LED kits.

This kit is compatible with stock and aftermarket heated grips.

Cruise Stop Conditions

We know it’s paramount on motorbikes to quickly kill the cruise control in as many situations as possible. Our module will disengage cruise control for any one of the following conditions:

  • Engine RPM rises above 8000
  • Front or Rear Brake Depressed
  • Throttle grip exceeds cruise control by 5%
  • Any one of the required CANBUS packets are not updated within 1000 milliseconds

Configuration

The module has a weather tight USB-C connector for changing various settings such as speed increment size, PID gain, and throttle limits.

Diagnostic Port

This kit uses the diagnostic port of your bike. If you need diagnostics you can simply unplug our module and the kit will still run in bypass mode.

Install Difficulty

To install this kit you must get access to the fuel tank area. About 1 -2 hours install time with proper tools. T-harness will override the throttle signals and diagnostic connector will collect important speed data. This kit also requires a single T-Tap connection into the brake wire.

    I just finished a 4500 km trip to Yellowknife with a couple of friends on my Suzuki V-Strom 800DE. It was a relief that I was able to get my Veridian cruise control prior to the trip. I installed the 2-button version and was super happy with how well it performed throughout the trip. Setting the speed to match other rider’s speeds was simple and accurate. I liked the simplicity of the 2-button control and will likely stick with it opposed to reinstalling a new 3-button control. 10/10

    Hi, I just want to let you know that I have installed the cruise control only yesterday and it was working flawlessly…I did not test to much yet because of the weather conditions ..Thanks for the triple switch and Y connector…I have only recommendations for your service. I have updated the cruise before the 3 way switch and I hope in future will no need for the updates any more.
    Thanks one more time. I live in Germany but I am from Serbia and I think its the first one in Serbia also…

    We are a Suzuki/CFMoto Dealer and to have the IBex 800 come standard with it and the DE did not is a huge let down. I had almost 2200 miles on our demo Ibex which we sold. I decided to pickup a new DE with the Employee purchase program suzuki was offering. the more I rode it, the more irritated I got that there was no cruise. (did I mention the 1050 & GSX100GT has it?) Well, I was more than excited when I came across Veridian Cruise had one in the works! We decided to become a dealer for them and I ordered 2 (myself and a customer). Communication was fantastic thru the ordering and updates. there was an unfortunate revision needed on the kit that pushed the ETA a bit. Not to soil the experience, VC offered a 2 button kit to fill the void until the 3 button came in. I am a very patient person and decided to wait. I received the kits ahead of the new expected time. Install was fantastic. the Youtube video was very helpful and covered all the details. I would not hesitate in the slightest if you are considering a cruise from Veridian. Everything about the product, service, and support is top notch. I just wished we sold more Vstroms so we could sell more Veridian Cruise kits! another 10/10

    Fitted to my Suzuki Vstrom 800 DE. Wait time was accurate. A quality product which works really well. Installation was easy. Most difficult part was disconnecting hoses from the fuel tank but the cruise control design is excellent and well designed. Quality is excellent. The functionality has the expected features and safety mechanisms included. Can highly recommend this product.

    Firstly, thank you for a very efficient service.
    Great communication from Veridian Cruise all the way through.
    The product was so simple and “factory” looking. Not having great confidence in my own mechanics skills, I had a friend who is a bike tech install it for me.
    I assisted and it was so simple. Plastics and tank were my major anxiety!
    Took around 40 minutes to install. Plug and play and I was away!
    Easy to use, basic functionality, that, well, just works. Excellent kit and really well priced. Why oh why aren’t these fitted by Suzuki at source?! You really should be their partners, I’ve done all the hard work for them!
    Great product, great quality, great customer service.
